What.
The event purpose was to bring together their ExCo and senior leadership team. 80 market and operational leaders across the business for a two day program to align on the business strategy.
Employers came away from the event inspired and empowered with fresh insight around the lived experience of young job seekers and the young people in attendance felt they had been given a safe platform to share their views and feel heard.
How.
With the event held in London the last two years, a sunnier destination was the preference for 2024. After exploring multiple European cities, Athens was chosen as the destination, with the Divani Acropolis Palace as the hotel. Powwow worked closely with the TMF Groups’s head of internal communications and EAs to the CEO. Powwow’s role included management of delegate registration site, hotel management for accommodation and meetings, production to support an engaging and interactive agenda, offsite dinners showcasing the best of Greek cuisine and offsite activities.
