Create an unforgettable company celebration that transports 450 London & Europe based team members back to the electric world of the 1980s, combining nostalgia with meaningful networking opportunities.
We designed a fully immersive '80s experience that transformed a standard corporate gathering into a time-travel adventure while facilitating meaningful connections across departments and regions.
Venue Transformation: Complete '80s makeover with vibrant neon colours, bold geometric patterns, and vintage décor. The venue was strategically split over two floors to create distinct networking environments – the Retro Lounge and Club Tropicana. Each space offered different activities to create an inclusive atmosphere for team members who wanted to energise on the dancefloor or connect through conversation with colleagues.
Entertainment: We crafted a high-energy entertainment lineup including an iconic '80s tribute band, retro arcade games, and a custom-designed DJ booth styled as an authentic '80s radio station. Guests could "phone in" to the DJ with personalised shoutouts and song requests – breaking down barriers between departments!
Catering: Strategic food stations with MTV-era inspired presentations designed to encourage mingling and cross-team connections
Interactive Zones: Karaoke corner, vintage photo booth, and a pulsing dance floor with era-specific music – all carefully designed to foster team bonding across cultural and departmental lines
