Powwow has been working with this Global Management Consultancy since 1998.
What.
The brief is to organise and manage a 5-day Leadership and Learning Symposium for over 1,000 delegates, plus the coordination of more than 650 facilitators, speakers, suppliers and staff. Annually, since 2006, we have created a ‘back to university’ learning experience at a major university. This global leader wants to understand and provide solutions to their clients as well as assist employees in developing their own leadership skills.
How.
At last year’s event senior level employees attended from over 80 worldwide locations. The event was part of their personal development and gave them the opportunity to network and share knowledge with peers from across the globe.
We worked with more than 13 of the university’s colleges and venues and many of the city’s major landmark buildings and rolled out a week-long business programme including a plenary session for 1,000 delegates and over 40 breakout groups.
Alongside the business agenda, there is also an exciting evening social programme throughout the week culminating in a sparkling bespoke marquee final night party.
