Who.
Our client, an investment firm, was looking for a biennial European team offsite. With colleagues flying in from multiple locations for a limited time, destination was key. Efficient travel time, attractive destination and potential for a wow factor meeting and activities, Powwow helped to create and deliver the perfect match.
What.
A partner meeting and dinner, followed by a two day offsite to build team commitment encompassing a team meeting with inspirational keynote speaker, an activity day and informal team bonding through dinners and social time together.
How.
The venue selected in Portugal afforded plenty of open space, was located close to the sea front, had a wealth of activities nearby and a multitude of dining options which meant limited travel needed once they had arrived at the destination. The hotel had a multipurpose conference space which was used for the main plenary, enhanced with a backdrop inspired by the hotel decor, and social time included a catamaran trip, tapas tasting, and an ‘Ocean Breeze’ welcome reception. The event closed with a festival finale, working closely with the hotel to transform an untouched events space into a memorable experience.
