Who.
SEO London are a charity whose mission is to prepare talented students from underserved and underrepresented backgrounds for career success.
What.
Following the success of the inaugural Alternative Investment Conference in 2023, Powwow were tasked to make the 2024 event bigger and better than the year before.
How.
We supported SEO London with a venue search across London, the aim being to find a venue which could be a home for AICON for the next few years and also fit with the brand and image of the event.
Once the venue was chosen, Powwow project managed all elements of the event except for delegate management which the client was overseeing.
We helped with the full AV management of this event, this included AV supplier discussions about the requirements for the event and how to make the best out of the built in screens, reviewing AV quotes, minimising costs where possible, onsite AV liaison and speaker management.
We produced all branding and creative elements for the event including badges with LinkedIn QR codes, screen content, branded bags and signage.
Onsite Powwow managed all elements of the day including 1 plenary room, 2 breakout rooms, venue management and registration management.
