Who.
Our client, a private equity firm, was looking for a biennial European team offsite. With colleagues flying in from multiple locations for a limited time, destination was key. Efficient travel time, attractive destination and potential for a wow factor meeting and activities, Powwow helped to create and deliver the perfect match.
What.
A two day offsite to build team commitment encompassing a team meeting, an activity day including team workshops, informal team bonding though dinners and social time together.
How.
Around the theme of ‘reflection’ the event was to enable the team to reflect and connect with each other.
The venue selected in Dubrovnik afforded plenty of open space, was located on the sea front and had great connections by sea or road to Dubrovnik city centre. For the main plenary space we transformed one of the onsite restaurants into an Agora seating style (i.e. a tiered theatre style setup) to allow for more connectivity.
Social time included boat & jet-ski rentals, sunset dinner at the Museum of Modern Art and a lively Neon party to bring the event to a close.
