Turner & Townsend have been making a difference in programme management across the property, infrastructure and natural resources sector for over 75 years.
What.
Turner & Townsend has recently launched a new Code of conduct and approached Powwow to support them with rolling it out to their global workforce. In order to create the most inclusive environment for all, their innovative Commitment to Inclusion strategy needed to be shared and discussed with managers and colleagues across the globe, ensuring everyone signed up to their ‘Commitment to Inclusion’.
How.
Powwow suggested the Crowdcomms platform to support this dedicated series of events, taking into consideration global time zones and technical differences in IT set up within different regions.
The platform stood out as it provided an in-built breakout feature and the ability to segment viewer content. Powwow led on the design, build and testing of the platform.
Five regional streams were set up per day across six event days, capturing employees across the nine time zones. The hour long events gave people the chance to hear from global and regional leaders, take part in collaborative breakout sessions and explore what Commitment to Inclusion meant to them at Turner & Townsend.
An integrated survey was used to capture ratings and feedback on the events providing the HR team insight into the employee experience of the events and inclusion at Turner & Townsend. .
Overall, the 26 events reached over 7,000 people across 3 weeks.
